Product Sales Manager

About the Role
The Product Sales Manager PureBallast will be responsible for supporting sales companies and customers to become successful and more competitive in the marine industry by adding value to their business.
PureBallast is a Ballast Water Treatment system used to manage the ballast water on large vessels, preventing the spread of invasive species and protecting marine ecosystems.
This position will participate in formulating and developing service strategies and tactics based on thorough customer insight and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new service offerings to support sales growth.
- Train sales companies and customers on our Service.
- Drive sales tools implementation and development based on market needs and trends.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set up and maintain contracts.
- Create business development plans based on the sales company strategy and targets.
The work location is in Tumba, Sweden, and the role requires travel of 40 days per year.
Requirements:
- Strong business acumen.
- Track record from sales development and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recognize opportunities from customers' and sales companies needs and turn them into solutions.
- Proven track record within the maritime industry and managerial roles.
