- Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Fluency in English and Swedish (or other Nordic language)
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field, with post-graduate education preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or sales management, with a track record of people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical skills and ability to drive successful projects.
- High level of academic achievement at degree level, with an MBA from a top-tier institute highly preferred.
- Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strong business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tool.
