Senior Sales Director for Affiliate Marketing

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth in the Nordic region. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network and identifying new revenue streams. Your extensive experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing will be crucial in building strong partnerships and driving business forward.
Main Responsibilities
- Ownership of all sales activities in the Nordic region, with a focus on expanding our affiliate network and increasing revenue streams.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and promote company growth, leveraging your industry expertise and network.
- Fulfilling all aspects of successful sales cycles, from lead generation to closure.
- Identifying and acquiring new business partners and agencies to expand the affiliate network and explore new revenue opportunities.
- Maintaining and developing business relationships through regular communication, consulting, and support to build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing market and competitor activity, staying updated on industry trends and opportunities in the affiliate marketing sector, to develop innovative sales approaches and gain competitive advantages.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to provide a comprehensive and customer-focused solution.
- Achieving performance KPIs and sales objectives, with a focus on quality and data-driven decision making.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, we are looking for a professional with the following qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
- Extensive experience and understanding of affiliate, partner, or performance marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and ecosystem, including common platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Track record of success in new business sales and ability to prove delivery against targets.
- Extensive experience and proficiency in managing pipelines and sales processes utilizing CRM systems.
