About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Coronary Renal Denervation (CRDN) team in Sweden. As a key member of our Nordic team, you will be responsible for driving market growth and market share within your territory by developing and executing strong account sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive CRDN market growth and market share within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including interventional cardiologists, purchasers, and nurses.
  • Support marketing and sales efforts in the introduction and market release of new products and therapies through clinical review.
  • Manage inventory and product services to ensure high quality and consistency.
  • Provide clinical support and training to customers on our product portfolio.
  • Participate in tender management and pricing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Healthcare-related medical or scientific degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-oriented with high drive for building long-term relationships.
  • Capacity to travel up to 75% of work week.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Clean driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tender management optimization.
  • Experience in the MedTech or pharma industry.
  • Experience within interventional cardiology.
  • Clear understanding of the Swedish healthcare system.
