We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at NetApp. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Stockholm area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve assigned revenue goals.
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities through the sales process from prospect to close.
  • Collaborate with key partners, distributors, and VARs to enable customer acquisition and growth.
  • Deliver NetApp's strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Develop and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving net new business.
  • Strong understanding of the partner landscape in the Stockholm area.
  • Broad exposure to data storage and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across functions.
  • 8+ years of field technology sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition and business development.
  • English and Swedish language skills are a mandatory requirement.
