Role Overview
Wolt Sweden is embarking on an exciting new chapter in its development, and we're seeking a seasoned Head of Commercial to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive portfolio growth and expand our market presence.
- Lead the development of our venue portfolio, identifying new opportunities and optimizing our existing presence.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales focus areas, key account development, and new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on expansion strategies and drive business results.
- Negotiate and establish joint business plans with enterprise accounts and multinational partnerships.
- Oversee the sales and account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving high-performing results.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing commercial teams and leading from the front.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in the FMCG or HORECA industry, with a strong understanding of the food delivery tech market.
- Passion for sales and networking, with a strong local network.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish.
