Commercial Strategy Lead

Role Overview
Wolt Sweden is embarking on an exciting new chapter and is in search of an exceptional Head of Commercial to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will report directly to the General Manager and will play a crucial part in our leadership group. You will be tasked with guiding a dedicated team across various sub-divisions, crafting and executing commercial and growth strategies, enhancing Wolt's venue offerings, and overseeing all sales initiatives within the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at expanding the portfolio and advancing Wolt's market presence, while establishing essential processes for effective pipeline management.
- Lead the strategy for venue portfolio development, which involves assessing market opportunities, identifying potential new areas, recognizing gaps in the venue offerings, and staying informed about competitor actions to adjust plans accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and objectives across various sales initiatives, focusing on key account growth and new market prospects.
- Formulate, implement, and allocate resources to achieve expansion strategies effectively.
- Engage in negotiations and establish collaborative business plans with major accounts and international partnerships.
- Oversee the entire sales and account management team, fostering a world-class approach in all endeavors. This includes collaborating with central Talent Acquisition and Development teams to recruit, onboard, and continuously nurture high-performing talent.
- Contribute as a key member of the leadership team, supporting the overall well-being of the team and the broader business strategies.

- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills in both English and Swedish, as you will be collaborating closely with both global and local teams.
