As the Head of Commercial Music Partnerships, you'll lead a high-performing team of experts in managing relationships with key accounts, developing new licensing opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our catalog. Your expertise in the music industry, combined with your ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment, will be essential in taking our business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Music Commercial Partnerships team, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution
- Develop and maintain key relationships with top-tier platforms, driving revenue growth and expanding our catalog
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize our music licensing strategy
- Manage budgets and track results, ensuring maximum ROI for our catalog
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in the music industry, with a proven track record of leading digital music platforms
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand our catalog
- Strong analytical skills, with experience working with data-driven tools to drive business growth
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
