About the Role

The Gaming Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with Trustly's partners, including large PSPs and platforms that offer Trustly to their online gambling merchants. This position requires a strong understanding of Trustly's product suite and the ability to work closely with internal teams to optimize partnerships and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing gaming partnerships with key technical and collecting PSPs
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners to increase the merchant base and revenue processed through those partners
  • Work on optimizing integrations with partners, with support from the Integrations and Product teams
  • Sign new gaming partnerships with PSPs and PAM gaming platforms
  • Lead the efforts in signing commercial partnership agreements and introducing new clients coming through partners to the Sales team
  • Collaborate with the Gaming Account Development team on product and market expansion of their clients operating through partners
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial/partnership roles in payments for online gambling (PSPs, payments platforms, iGaming/gambling operators)
  • Good knowledge of PAM gaming platforms operating in Europe
  • Network among online gambling operators/PSPs/platforms in Europe
  • Hard-working, ambitious, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile
  • A very good communicator who can explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
  • Humble with a strong business acumen and takes great pride in work, striving for excellence with drive and endurance
  • Ownership mentality and accountability
  • Consider yourself great with numbers, analytical, and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find relevant solutions
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Located in Stockholm, London, or Malta
