Job Title: Music Industry Professional

Epidemic Sound is seeking a highly skilled Music Industry Professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for DSP Partnerships. As a key member of our Music department, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our DSP partners, ensuring that our catalog receives the attention it deserves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with our DSP partners to maximize revenue and visibility
  • Pitch and promote our catalog to our key accounts, utilizing platform tools like Spotify for Artists
  • Provide various assets, such as release descriptions, for new releases and pitches
  • Seek out and cultivate new relationships with DSPs globally to increase our reach and drive growth
  • Report performance metrics for the accounts assigned in a timely fashion
  • Utilize data to take informed actions based on insights to improve streams, visibility, and revenue of the catalog on DSPs
  • Act as a knowledgeable source of information about the streaming landscape, keeping up to date with trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the music industry and a broad range of musical genres
  • 5+ years industry experience, with 2+ years working in a similar position
  • Proven track record of growing revenues through key account management
  • Extensive knowledge of the leading digital music platforms
  • Solid understanding of sales strategy and how it can be used to strengthen DSP results
  • Comfortable working with complex analytical tasks to maximize results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Thriving in a fast-paced, international company
  • Comfortable being a great ambassador towards diverse partners
