About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Stryker AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our world-class orthopedic products to customers in the upper part of Sweden, with a focus on the Stockholm area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers.
  • Conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments to secure sales and grow our customer base.
  • Provide product training and support to surgical and theatre staff, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use our products in the operating room.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer care and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer network.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong clinical focus and technical depth.
  • Strong enthusiasm for medical technology and a passion for selling complex products with excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
  • A valid driving license and ability to travel extensively (80% of the time).
