To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the region of Gävleborg, Uppland, Dalarna, or Västmanland. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills, be able to get people aligned behind their ideas, and take on change and challenges with a smile.
A Day in the Life
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Selling and promoting our diabetes product and service portfolio in line with the Swedish sales and marketing strategy.
• Working closely with current and coming external key stakeholders and business partners and functions to overcome capacity barriers and ensure excellent execution to grow business in the defined territory.
• Developing, implementing and maintaining strategic plans, fiscal year objectives, quarterly action plans and sales call logs for all accounts in Salesforce on a daily basis.
• Use key reports/data to analyze territory/account performance to maximize business growth.
• Keeping up to date with health-economics, reimbursement and tender processes with potential to influence tender outcomes.
• Build – together with sales manager – strong and lasting business relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers influential in the purchasing process.
• Train and educate relevant hospital staff on Medtronic product portfolio.
• Being willing to take on added responsibilities and projects when needed.
Must Haves
• Bachelor's Degree in Life-science, Marketing or another relevant degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience (medical device/pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience).
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of building a robust stakeholder network and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Strong clinical and competitive capabilities and selling skills.
• Strong communication skills, verbal as well as written in Swedish and English.
• Driving license.
