A Day in the Life
- Develop and execute account sales strategies to drive CRDN market growth and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including interventional cardiologists, purchasers, and nurses.
- Support marketing and sales efforts in introducing and releasing new products and therapies through clinical review.
- Manage inventory and product services to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Stay clinically adept by completing necessary trainings and staying up-to-date on product portfolio.
- Prepare tender specifications and ensure pricing and product positioning align with strategies in collaboration with sales managers and pricing teams.
- Develop and participate in activities that enhance and strengthen the network, such as establishing cooperation with interventional cardiology/hypertension specialist departments.
Requirements
- Healthcare-related medical or scientific degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-oriented with a high drive for building long-term relationships.
- Capacity to travel up to 75% of a workweek.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Clean driver's license.
