The Diabetes Group at Medtronic is a global leader in medical technology, working tirelessly to improve diabetes care. We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Swedish Diabetes team, responsible for selling and promoting our product portfolio in line with our sales and marketing strategy.

A Day in the Life

You will be responsible for:

  • Selling and promoting our diabetes product and service portfolio
  • Working closely with external stakeholders and business partners to overcome capacity barriers
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans and sales call logs in Salesforce
  • Analyzing territory and account performance to maximize business growth
  • Keeping up to date with health-economics and reimbursement processes
  • Building strong business relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers
  • Training and educating hospital staff on Medtronic product portfolio

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life-science, Marketing, or relevant degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and planning skills
  • Proven track record of building stakeholder networks and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong clinical and competitive capabilities and selling skills
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Driving license
