The Diabetes Group at Medtronic is a global leader in medical technology, working tirelessly to improve diabetes care. We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our Swedish Diabetes team, responsible for selling and promoting our product portfolio in line with our sales and marketing strategy.
A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for:
- Selling and promoting our diabetes product and service portfolio
- Working closely with external stakeholders and business partners to overcome capacity barriers
- Developing and implementing strategic plans and sales call logs in Salesforce
- Analyzing territory and account performance to maximize business growth
- Keeping up to date with health-economics and reimbursement processes
- Building strong business relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers
- Training and educating hospital staff on Medtronic product portfolio
Must Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Life-science, Marketing, or relevant degree
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and planning skills
- Proven track record of building stakeholder networks and maintaining strong relationships
- Strong clinical and competitive capabilities and selling skills
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Driving license
