About the Role

Eficode seeks a Product Marketing Manager to fuel product marketing for our DevOps & Cloud unit. The ideal candidate will work closely with our consultants, pre-sales experts, sales managers, account managers, fellow marketers, and technology partners to capture the wisdom of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and refine messaging frameworks, ideal customer profiles, and buyer personas to drive marketing success.
  • Design outstanding sales materials & tools to capture attention and drive action, working closely with services and product teams.
  • Support marketing teams in creating campaigns and materials that drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with sales to accelerate opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Produce customer insights that help product management shape opportunity and development portfolios.
  • Build analyst relationships to showcase our unique value proposition and keep Eficode at the top of mind.
  • Collaborate with technology partners such as AWS and GitLab to drive joint marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing and/or partner marketing.
  • A background in the modern software development industry.
  • Experience working closely with pre-sales and sales teams.
  • The ability to communicate fluently with technical teams and challenge ideas with sound reasoning.
  • An agile mindset, always ready to adjust plans based on new insights.
  • Creativity, a proactive spirit, and solid communication skills.
  • A degree in technology, business, marketing, or a related field.
