Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Acronis, a world leader in cyber protection. As a key member of our product marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our marketing messaging, positioning, and product marketing plan for our Security solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for our Security solutions, including anti-malware, endpoint detection and response (EDR), extended detection & response (XDR), managed detection and response (MDR), email, and cloud application security.
- Be a key partner to our marketing campaign leads, working closely with them to ensure our product is covered in our various global and regional marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with our Product Management team to bring releases to market, and help build a product marketing plan that proposes and connects all of the sales and marketing activities needed to hit sales goals - and product targets.
- Develop and maintain the core product marketing collateral, web, and sales enablement toolset, ensuring that all standard assets throughout the funnel are kept up to date, with quality, and following best practices.
- Bring market and competitive intelligence, targeting, and segmentation information into your plan, and share it with your Product colleagues.
- Build productive relationships with our sales teams, supporting their efforts and soliciting their feedback on sales tools, messaging, and partner/customer pain points and competitors.
- Be a public-facing representative for our product, completing technical training and being able to conduct live demos, present your product when called upon, and engage both partners and customers directly to solicit their feedback and experiences to enrich your knowledge - and their perceptions of Acronis.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience within the B2B IT industry, with time at an established high-tech company.
- Experience supporting a security solution in areas such as anti-malware, endpoint detection and response (EDR / MDR / XDR), or email security, with experience marketing security products delivered in a SaaS, consumption-based, multi-tenant model.
- Broad IT management technical domain in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, and endpoint management required.
- Knowledge of both provider and business customer SMB through Enterprise IT environments, with specific experience working with MSPs highly desired.
- Ability to dive deep into technology and to convey complex ideas simply and clearly in written and verbal formats, including public speaking, demos, and content development.
- Experience working across tech and business teams, representing the voice of the partner and customer, and finding creative ways to engage and get feedback from the customers.
- High energy and enthusiasm – the type that is contagious with its potential.
- US English fluency with exceptional written, verbal, and presentation creation skills in your native language required.
