Sales Growth Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Teamtailor. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets. This includes managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, sourcing and qualifying leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for growing your knowledge of our product, internal processes, and industry.
About the Role:- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- SOURCE and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success.
- Growth mindset: Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- Ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
