We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Teamtailor. As a global Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform, we offer a unique opportunity for sales professionals to grow their careers in a fast-paced and international environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound sales, strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting, and a passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has great communication and negotiation skills, and can generate their own leads from the ground up.

In this role, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented and fun group of individuals who share your vision and are passionate about making a real impact on the growth of an organization.

About the Role
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
