Global Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities. You will also source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success to achieve shared goals and objectives. A growth mindset is essential, as you will continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry to stay ahead of the competition.
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in outbound sales, strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting, and experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms highly desirable). Additionally, you should have great communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a clear sense of urgency to deliver results in a timely manner.
