About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nordic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for strategically acquiring new customers across the Nordic region, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Nordics
  • Build and nurture impactful relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique business needs and offering tailored solutions that drive results
  • Develop and lead sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our offerings to key decision-makers
  • Navigate and manage complex sales cycles, engaging with C-Level executives and other key stakeholders to drive decision-making and close deals
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in field sales within a fast-paced and competitive SaaS market, with a strong focus on new business development
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth
  • The ability to clearly articulate the business value of complex SaaS technology to potential customers
  • Strong skills in building strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, influencing and convincing them to choose FactFinder
  • Experience in using Salesforce daily to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activities
  • Driven, competitive, and motivated by success, with a hunter mentality
