We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Specialist to join our Sales Development Representative team in Stockholm, Sweden.

About the Role

As a front-line representative, you will play a key role in driving our strategic growth initiative. Your primary objective will be to target technology-based Fortune 500 companies and small to medium-sized enterprises in the German-speaking market.

You will be responsible for ensuring the desired positioning of our brand across various channels, acting as a brand ambassador for IamIP Sverige AB. Your tasks will include:

  • Focusing on the right target audience to offer strategic advantages.
  • Driving demand and generating leads in line with defined KPIs.
  • Providing a consistently great and relevant experience by prioritizing potential and existing customers' needs and wants.
  • Coordinating meetings between prospects and sales teams.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of activities in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product management, to establish key selling features for launches and campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, or industrial engineering. Additionally, you should have gained at least one year of experience in a goal-oriented B2B sales environment, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS company.

About You

We are looking for a talented individual who can remain consistent and personalize outreach from the first touch point. You should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, both in inbound prospecting and outbound lead generation.

Your daily activities will include emailing, cold-calling, and other outreach efforts. You should be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Other essential skills and qualifications include:

  • A proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills through various channels, such as email, social media, phone, and web conferencing platforms.
  • A commitment to ensuring development in line with defined brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Fluent German language skills and excellent written and spoken English skills.
