We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Partner to join our Nordea Finance team, playing a key role in driving long-term value creation across the organization.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is based in Oslo, Stockholm, or Helsinki and will see you partner with members of the Nordea Finance leadership team to drive financial performance and growth through strategic planning and execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Financial Performance: You will be responsible for analyzing and improving financial performance across Nordea Finance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Build Strong Relationships: As a key member of the Nordea Finance team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Lead Change Initiatives: You will play a key role in driving change initiatives across the organization, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve them.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 120,000 - EUR 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the finance industry.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
