We Are Looking For:
A Sales Growth Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
- Growth mindset: Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Team player: Provide ideas, feedback, and support to your direct peers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales (SaaS platforms highly desirable).
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- The ability to generate own leads from scratch.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
