We're best known for our food delivery platform, but we're on a journey to become an 'everything' app, where you can get almost anything delivered to your doorstep in under an hour.
We're looking for a talented Team Lead to join our Sales team and help us grow our Grocery segment. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships with Enterprise-level grocery partners.
You'll engage in complex business-level discussions with owners and C-level executives, using data and insights to drive decision-making. You'll also collaborate with our product, merchant, and marketing teams to build a winning proposition.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive work environment that enables the team to develop.
- Lead by example in demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors.
- Identify and build a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships at store and enterprise levels.
- Actively build relationships with key grocery merchants to position Wolt as a partner of choice.
- Participate in refining the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt's market penetration.
- Make sound business decisions using data and intuition.
- Work closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition.
- Identify and implement suitable OKRs for the local Grocery team.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to help team members grow and develop.
Qualifications
- Proven success as a Sales team lead with experience in solution sales, business development, and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- A natural 'hunter' with excellent communication and networking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen with an instinct for the right opportunities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
