Job Description

This exciting opportunity is part of our European sales team, focused on expanding our presence in the Nordics, Baltics, and The Netherlands regions. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in executing shared objectives and strategies within Hamilton Medical, supporting partners and customers, and driving sales growth in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute agreed objectives and strategies within Hamilton Medical to achieve overall company goals.
  • Support partners and customers in commercial activities.
  • Assess and evaluate partner performance and address underperformance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the area while maintaining profit margins.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the key issues and market potential in the area, with regular action plans and visits to partners and customers.
  • Maintain accurate follow-up of business through the CRM system, including customer databases, product information, and opportunities.
  • Actively expand your experience and development opportunities.
  • Identify sales opportunities and present key features and benefits of products to secure new business both in-house and field-based.
  • Regularly visit existing and new partners and customers to ensure revenue generation and company targets are met.
  • Provide firsthand feedback on competitive strategies, service quality, product usability, etc.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Sales, technical, relevant clinical, and biomedical background, preferably ICU or EMS experience.
  • Extensive experience in a medical sales environment in capital goods.
  • Fluent English and local languages of the area covering.
  • Excellent computer application skills, specifically MS Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A full EU driver's license.
