Sales Role OverviewWe're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing your skills in cold calling, emailing, and social networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Maintain a growth mindset, continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry trends.
- Foster a team player attitude, providing ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in outbound sales, with 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly with SaaS platforms (a plus).
- Great communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads from scratch.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, delivering results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
