Sales Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing your skills in cold calling, emailing, and social networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Maintain a growth mindset, continuously learning about our product, internal processes, and industry trends.
  • Foster a team player attitude, providing ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in outbound sales, with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly with SaaS platforms (a plus).
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads from scratch.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Location and Salary Range

This role is based in the DACH region, and we estimate the salary range to be between €50,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
