About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at MARKT-PILOT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building long-lasting relationships with our OEM clients in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Immerse quickly and autonomously into MARKT-PILOT's industry to understand customer language and develop sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Development, Customer Success Department, and the Leadership team to meet sales goals.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our software to prospective buyers, answer questions, and empathize with customers to understand their industry needs.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met and compile and analyze data to find trends.
  • Maintain and update an accurate database of contact information and build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
Requirements
  • 4+ years proven sales experience as a Senior Account Executive in a B2B SaaS context.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while hunting for new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade.
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and familiar with the OEM landscape in the Nordics.
  • Manufacturing and aftermarket knowledge is a plus, as is advanced knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Native in one of the Nordic languages and proficient in Business English.
