Candidate Profile

We are in search of a driven marketing professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Ad-tech sector, particularly in demand-side platforms and contextual advertising. This role will be pivotal in harmonizing sales and marketing initiatives, concentrating on the development, management, and execution of sales enablement and marketing strategies that enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. The position encompasses a blend of content development, sales assistance, marketing campaign implementation, and performance evaluation to ensure the sales team is well-equipped with the essential tools and insights to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Create and update sales materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product information, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to craft targeted messaging and content tailored for various stages of the sales process. Assist in content development, including articles, social media posts, webinars, and email communications. Manage comprehensive event planning, from selection and strategic planning to execution, aimed at driving business growth. Foster collaboration among sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive goals, strategies, and messaging. Analyze successful campaigns and develop insightful case studies. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales and marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline. Over 5 years of experience in B2B and/or product marketing within the Ad-tech industry, with a solid grasp of industry dynamics, including Demand Side Platforms and contextual advertising. Proven experience in sales enablement, crafting sales presentations and one-sheets in close collaboration with sales teams. Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies and campaigns, alongside conducting market research and data analysis for informed decision-making. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with email marketing, blogging, and webinars. Experience in EMEA markets and the ability to adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Proficient in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs. Native-level proficiency in English. Bonus: Understanding of the supply landscape, including Supply Side Platforms and Demand Side Platforms, to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
