As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our flagship game, Angry Birds 2, through data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive User Acquisition strategy, leveraging your expertise in performance marketing to drive growth and engagement.
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar acquisition budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, Creative, and Business Intelligence/Data Engineering, to drive business growth and improve user experience.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
- Develop and maintain a culture of experimentation and innovation, continuously seeking new and effective ways to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile games and/or app user acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of User Acquisition strategies and channels, including programmatic advertising, attribution providers, and game measurement tools.
- Excellent managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
- Balance of data skills and understanding of creatives, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Growth mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing a performance marketing team or mentoring junior colleagues.
- Deeper understanding of mobile marketing ad tech, including attribution providers, programmatic advertising, and fraud detection.
- Experience executing a successful Retargeting strategy.
