About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our user acquisition and engagement strategies, driving growth and revenue across various digital channels. As a key member of our Paid Digital team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising tools.
  • Excellent understanding of SEM, PPC, SEO, ASO, and other performance marketing techniques.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
