Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Budget Management: Take full ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring all activities align with sales, margin, and marketing cost goals.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report key metrics and performance results to senior management.
  • Brand and Sales Campaigns: Execute and track brand and sales campaigns, ensuring they align with our international calendar while also catering to local needs.
  • Digital Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze digital performance daily, offering actionable insights across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Trading Format Innovation: Innovate and experiment with various trading formats to drive traffic, boost engagement, and increase conversions.
  • Customer Loyalty Initiatives: Develop and lead initiatives to bolster customer loyalty and improve our repeat purchase ratio.
  • Weekly Trading Meetings: Share key results and insights based on competition analysis, booking data, and digital performance, collaborating closely with online advertising specialists, product managers, and data teams.
  • Local Marketing Partnerships: Establish and manage local marketing and communication partnerships to amplify our presence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years in a similar role within a B2C e-commerce environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the Swedish market is crucial. Experience in the tourism industry is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth expertise in digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to take the lead in driving growth initiatives and effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • A sharp commercial mindset, with a proven track record of driving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), optimizing contribution margins, and consistently meeting business and brand objectives.
  • Proven experience in managing seven-figure budgets, coupled with strong strategic planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.
