At Nordea Bank, we're looking for a skilled Digital Dialogue Marketing Specialist to join our Data, Digital Sales & Engagement team in Personal Banking. As a key member of our team, you'll drive online business growth and customer engagement through various channels, including email marketing, mobile apps, and netbank. Your expertise in CRM strategies, marketing, e-commerce, data, and customer engagement will be invaluable in helping us achieve our digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture customer and business needs and translate them into impactful digital marketing and sales activities
  • Communicate with hundreds of thousands of customers daily, influencing their experience of Nordea in the digital space
  • Create engaging content in direct communication channels, such as email, mobile bank app, and netbank
  • Prepare, execute, and measure the results of our activities, optimizing and re-evaluating to improve their effectiveness
  • Work with business stakeholders from campaign brief to execution, collaborating with colleagues in cross-functional agile teams
  • Develop and execute content development needs from both our organization and other stakeholders
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders

About You:

We're looking for someone with a passion for CRM strategies, marketing, e-commerce, data, and customer engagement, who is motivated by learning and finding new solutions to business challenges. You should be a natural-born writer, numerate, and have strong analytical skills, using analytics tools to monitor, measure, and provide insights on behavior that drives desired engagement. Your ability to achieve concrete results, see your work materialize in customer engagement, satisfaction, and sales, and focus on execution will be essential in this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in driving online business growth and customer engagement through various channels
  • Previous knowledge of Adobe Marketing Automation tools is a strong plus, but not required
  • Hands-on experience in using analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics is preferred
  • Experience working with larger organizations or brands
  • Degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field (or equivalent years of working experience)
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English (professional level)
