Digital Marketing Strategist

We develop autonomous digital assistants that automate specific tasks. Our first product was AI-powered note takers, and we are now expanding into HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Our team is driven by a culture of innovation, ownership, and high performance. We're a remote-first company with in-person meetings several times a year. This role will involve working closely with our founders and leadership team, primarily from our Stockholm office with a distributed engineering team in the US.
The RoleAs the Head of Marketing at Supernormal, you'll be responsible for defining our brand identity and storytelling. Your mission will be to craft, implement, and drive dynamic marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, boost our visibility, and achieve significant growth.
Your Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and propel our marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives to maximize influence and performance.
- Brand Management: Amplify the Supernormal brand through innovative campaigns, guaranteeing consistency and visibility across all platforms.
- Customer Engagement: Design initiatives that deepen customer loyalty and interaction through focused messaging and tailored experiences.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to monitor performance and refine campaigns, ensuring optimal budget use and return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to unify messaging and strategy throughout the organization.
- Team Development: Lead, scale, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity, teamwork, and ongoing growth.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
- A proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive conversion and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a talented marketing team.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- A creative thinker who brings innovative ideas to the table and isn't afraid to experiment.

- We offer a competitive salary of $160,000 per year, stock options, WFH budget, annual team-wide offsite, education credit, and unlimited PTO (minimum 4 weeks).
