About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join our team at Merkle Sweden, part of Merkle Northern Europe and dentsu. As a key member of our Strategy and Consulting team, you will be responsible for developing digital business strategies, considering the end customer, organizational, and technology perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans for national and international clients, focusing on customer-centricity and digital transformation.
  • Work on a broad spectrum of strategy projects, including CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation, operating models, business transformation, and change management.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive large and international pitches and consulting projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Participate in delivering multiple strategy engagements for our clients.
  • Strengthen client satisfaction through well-thought-out and professional recommendations.

Requirements

  • A degree in economics, business management, or international marketing, with a higher degree being an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a consultant in a strategic function in a professional services company, industry, start-up, or renowned management consultancy.
  • Excellent knowledge of strategy development, underpinned by practical application of consulting methods and models.
  • Experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, combined with the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • A customer-centric mindset and understanding of customer journeys.
  • Enthusiasm for topics such as innovation management, digital business models, transformation management, organizational development, process optimization, multi-channel models, data and CRM, and e-commerce.
  • Very good written and spoken Swedish and English skills (business fluent).
