About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications Strategist to drive our internal communication efforts and connect teams across the globe.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital communications strategy that aligns with our overall goals and culture.


You will work closely with our Business Area teams, various departments, and game teams to ensure clear and engaging communication across the organization.


Your goal will be to foster a sense of unity and transparency within the company, ensuring that all employees feel informed, inspired, and connected to our mission.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Digital Communications Strategy: Create a comprehensive digital communications plan that aligns with our values and business objectives.
  • Drive Internal Communications Agenda: Work closely with colleagues from central departments and game teams to drive the internal communications agenda.
  • Utilize Internal Communication Channels: Utilize internal communication channels to promote and ensure a seamless flow of communication between our central teams and the game teams around the world.
  • Measure Effectiveness: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives based on feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Create Engaging Content: Create engaging content to appeal to our internal audiences, including video content, case studies, newsletters, and articles, with consideration for the needs of different teams and regions.
  • Plan and Organize Internal Events: Plan and organize internal events, such as group-wide conferences and summits, and ensure that they are well executed and aligned with our communication objectives.
  • Develop Employer Branding Strategy: Develop and implement an employer branding strategy in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team that aligns with our brand identity and ensures it is effectively communicated and executed both externally and internally to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support Studios: Support our studios in the implementation of our branding in games, support external media inquiries, and advise on external communication activities.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  2. 5+ years experience in internal communication, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably within a dynamic, global organization.
  3. Proven experience in creating and implementing communication strategies across diverse teams and regions.
  4. Experience in content creation and digital communication, and ideally also in video production.
  5. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  7. Experience in the use of communication tools and platforms such as intranet systems and newsletters.
  8. A proactive, creative mindset, with a passion for storytelling and fostering a strong corporate culture.
  9. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
  10. Willingness to travel to various game studio locations to build deeper connections with teams.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
