About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with key Swedish customers, developing and executing customer strategies, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Owning the P&L for a selected number of key Swedish customers
- Managing day-to-day relationships with these customers and building strong partnerships
- Developing and executing customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives
- Preparing and executing the Annual Operating Plan for these accounts
- Formulating Joint Business Plans
- Setting promo plans and optimizing assortment, including listings of NPDs
- Implementing field sales strategies and strategic partnerships for your accounts
- Closing cross-functional collaboration with the marketing, finance, and supply functions for setting and executing marketing plans, budgets, and business cases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, facing Swedish grocery/retail customers is highly preferred
- Fluent Swedish and English skills
