The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Abbott Vascular division in Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering revenue objectives in the Vascular division and strengthening our position in preparation for future launches in Sweden.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including commercial teams and key decision-makers.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including tender responses and sales calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and account strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and commercial roles, with a strong background in the medical device industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and priority.
- Flexibility to travel 3-4 days per week to customers.
