Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify new market trends.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish (additional Nordic languages a plus).
