About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with key Swedish customers, developing and executing customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives, and driving business growth through effective portfolio, price, promotion, and category management.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the P&L for a selected number of key Swedish customers
  • Managing day-to-day relationships with these customers and building strong partnerships
  • Developing and executing customer strategies aligned with our growth objectives
  • Preparing and executing the Annual Operating Plan for these accounts
  • Formulating Joint Business Plans
  • Setting promo plans and optimizing assortment, including listings of NPDs
  • Implementing field sales strategies and strategic partnerships for your accounts
  • Closing cross-functional collaboration with the marketing, finance, and supply functions for setting and executing marketing plans, budgets, business cases, demand planning, and more.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, facing Swedish grocery/retail customers
  • Fluent Swedish and English skills
  • Well-developed communication and networking skills
  • Confident and ability to handle high-level negotiations
  • Resilience and ability to work under high pressure
  • Ability to simplify and reduce complexity
  • Strong commercial mindset and result-driven
  • Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding
