Job Title: Customer Success Manager - Key Account Strategist

Verve is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters, and developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and act as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Define and execute media strategy and media plans for key accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling solutions and services to customers
  • Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with agencies and brands to understand their needs and ensure they are leveraging the full value of Verve's solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in Media Agency, Digital Advertising, or AdTech
  • Strong understanding of demand- or supply-side platforms and digital advertising technologies
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
  • Ability to analyze and clearly communicate insights
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel with a data-driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint, pushing slides, and enjoying presentations
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English are mandatory
