About the Role

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
