Enterprise Customer Success Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor to join our team and help our Enterprise customers achieve success.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and developing strategies to drive value and growth.
As a Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers, providing exceptional support, and ensuring their continued success with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, growth, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
- Monitor and analyze customer health, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry (or related business), preferably in the domain of Enterprise Architecture.
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations.
- Ability and experience to structure and prioritize your work and work of others.
- 3+ year working knowledge with Customer Success tools, e.g., Gainsight is a plus.
- Fluent in English for all territories; plus fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.
