Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Epidemic Sound is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Sales Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our largest clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within client portfolios
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise-focused roles managing complex client relationships
  • Experience working with global brands and complex B2B customer success
  • Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding retention and growth targets
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
