Customer Success Strategist

We're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team focusing on the North Europe area. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals through our Employer Branding and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) SaaS platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and Onboarding New Customers to maximize their utilization of our platform.
- Providing Strategic Guidance and Training to help customers leverage our features, integrations, and best practices.
- Proactively Managing Renewals to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Buidling Strong Relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Finding New Business Opportunities within our existing customer base through expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Tracking Customer Accounts to identify potential churn risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Collecting and Analyzing Customer Feedback to inform internal improvements.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:
- Experience in SaaS, HR/Recruitment, or Customer Success.
- Proven Project Management Skills.
- Excellent Communication and Listening Skills.
- Ability to Collaborate Effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation Skills for managing commercial aspects of the role.
- Engaged, Creative, and Solution-Oriented Mindset.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (desired but not required).
