Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at UrbanJobb. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and growth.
Your mission will be to take ownership of a portfolio of customers, acting as a trusted advisor and expert point of contact for all things product. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager to co-own customer relationships and develop a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating onboarding for new clients and ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
- Monitoring customer experience and health metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and executing a digital-led customer success strategy that drives growth and retention.
- Generating expansion and upsell revenue within the customer portfolio.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our product and features, and providing feedback to our Product team.
- Collaborating with our Marketing team to build customer testimonials and engage with the UrbanJobb community.
About You
We're looking for a customer-centric individual with a passion for creating solutions to complex challenges. You'll be a great communicator, tech-savvy, and able to work well in teams and across functions. Previous experience in SaaS and startup companies is a plus.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in software and data analysis.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Swedish, and German.
