At Teamtailor, we're on a mission to build the future of customer success. As a Junior Scaled Customer Success Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the commercial success and long-term happiness of our customers in the Small & Medium Business Segment.

Your focus will be on building scalable solutions while maintaining a personal touch, ensuring every customer journey is both fun and successful. You'll oversee the renewal process, address inquiries about contracts and invoices, and implement scalable communication strategies using digital tools for a personalized touch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Renewal Management: Ensure smooth transitions between teams for cohesive management.
  • Customer Segmentation & Communication: Segment SMB customers and implement scalable communication strategies.
  • Escalation & Solution Management: Proactively address challenges, working closely with internal teams.
  • Customer Meetings & Strategy: Conduct meetings on key topics like renewals and feedback.
  • Communication & Support: Partner with the Digital Success Manager to create engaging content and adjust strategies based on customer trends.

  • Experience in SaaS, HR, recruiting, or project management.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish (other languages are a plus).
