Customer Success Strategist

About the Role
This is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve and improve customer success, and proactively monitor usage to deliver coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our services
- Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine our customer success strategy
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to inform coaching and training initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS
- Basic understanding of technical skills to support clients in various issues
- Strong customer service mindset, with a passion for driving customer success and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with proficiency in Norwegian a plus
