At Norrsken Foundation, we're dedicated to making sustainability mainstream, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our Customer Success team as an intern.

We're a global digital SaaS platform where users can easily share, access, and gain insights on corporate sustainability information.

As a Customer Success Intern, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals through our Worldfavor platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending meetings with new and existing customers to help them get started or progress in our platform and their sustainability journey
  • Understanding our clients' needs and how we can cater to them
  • Providing support and advice on the Worldfavor platform and its various functions
  • Assisting in creating scalable processes to exceed customer expectations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for sustainability and its intersection with technology
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally from part-time or summer jobs
  • Current studies in Business Administration or Sustainability
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

This is an unpaid internship, but a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and potentially continue your career at Norrsken Foundation after completion.
