The Customer Success Intern role offers a unique opportunity to work with clients and help them achieve their sustainability goals through our Worldfavor platform. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how companies approach sustainability and how our platform creates transparency for global organizations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attending meetings with new and existing customers to support their onboarding and sustainability journey
- Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our platform
- Providing guidance on the Worldfavor platform and its features to ensure clients get the most out of their subscription
- Contributing to the development of scalable processes to exceed customer expectations
To succeed in this role, we're looking for individuals with a genuine interest in sustainability and the impact of technology on this field. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, a background in Business Administration or Sustainability, and fluency in English are essential. We welcome applications from students who can commit to a full-time internship and are open to considering candidates for both summer and post-summer placements.
This is an unpaid internship that should be part of your university degree. We've had previous interns continue their careers with us, and we're excited about the possibility of finding the right person to join our team permanently.
