Empowering Customer Success
SAP is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor to join our team and drive customer success in the Nordics region. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of 30-40 Enterprise customers, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and expand customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and value addition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Utilize state-of-the-art Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight and Salesforce, to drive customer success and growth.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably in Enterprise Architecture.
- Strong understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations.
- Ability to structure and prioritize work, as well as the work of others.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish a plus.
